Designing with empathy, leading with curiosity With over a decade in the design industry, I\'ve dedicated my career to understanding human behavior and translating insights into meaningful experiences. Currently, I lead a UX team at Bosch Germany through Livework, the pioneering service design consultancy with offices in London, Rotterdam, and São Paulo. My journey has taken me from Brazil to Europe, embracing diverse cultures and challenges. While I\'m still mastering German (currently at A1.2), I believe that design transcends language barriers.
