   As the Chief Commercial Officer at T-Soles, I\'m at the forefront of a revolution in foot comfort. We\'re pushing boundaries in the insole industry with our unique system that integrates 3D-scanning and 3D-printing technologies, creating personalized insoles that perfectly fit any type of footwear.My role is to drive the commercialization of our innovative solution. I\'m passionate about this mission, having experienced discomfort from poorly fitting insoles myself. Our aim is not just to create insoles but to engineer comfort, using technology to understand the internal foot anatomy better than ever before.At T-Soles, we\'re turning the craft of insole production into an exact science. We\'re using 3D-scanner data to let foot and ankle specialists look inside the feet, giving them a wealth of detailed information about foot problems that has never been available before.Our ambition is big. We\'re targeting a market that includes at least 20% of the population who would benefit from wearing insoles in their shoes. With thousands of foot and ankle specialists across Europe, North America, and Asia, the growth opportunities for T-Soles are immense.I\'m incredibly proud to be part of this journey at T-Soles, where we\'re innovating to improve comfort and quality of life for people around the world.
