Modernization is one of the biggest investment areas for Microsoft in helping its Tier 1 customers to innovate and modernize their legacy Oracle workloads. My role involves thought leadership and 1st hand customer learnings brought into product engineering planning process to faster mature MSSQL and PostgreSQL database type products. I am currently responsible for managing Oracle modernization specific technical & functional codifications in MSSQL as well as PostgreSQL products. I am also responsible for the improvements of end to end automation of MSSQL and PostgreSQL workload migrations from Oracle.
