Paula is a part the Talent Acquisition team to support the divisions of a construction design, and services firm providing a broad array of equipment and services to the global power infrastructure, energy and process industries. As a member of this Talent Acquisition team, Paula is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for entry-level hourly through high-level positions for the Energy industry.Paula is responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for high volume recruiting needs across a geographically dispersed organization. Her role is to build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role. When partnering with the hiring manager, Paula will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.
