Exploring part time/associate/freelance and NED opportunities.Currently completing the CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning and Development.I’m a Business Psychologist, psychometric expert, executive coach and relationship builder with over 12 years’ experience helping people and organisations grow and thrive. My career has taken me from psychometric consulting roles to founding companies such as TalentPredix, where I led on product development, innovation, partnerships and operations. Alongside this, I’ve designed and delivered leadership, team and career programmes for clients including LVMH, Samsara, NHS and Yorkshire Water.I bring energy, empathy and a practical mindset to everything I do, from coaching senior leaders to designing and validating tools that help people play to their strengths. I care deeply about creating learning experiences that feel human, meaningful and empowering.
