ABOUT PAULA ANDREA CARACCIOLO LÓPEZ

As a senior revenue manager specialist, I lead revenue management strategies for portfolios from 10+ to 35+ hotels, from three top brand global hotel chains. I have a postgraduate diploma in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, and a Bachelor\'s in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. I am also a certified revenue management executive (CRME) by HSMAI. My core competencies include revenue analysis, pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and market research.In my current role, I collaborate closely with hotel managers to review performance, pricing and selling strategies, inventory controls, budget and forecast, and market trends. I also managed and trained a team of 6 revenue managers, guiding them through various revenue systems. I have implemented internal efficient processes and task automation, enabling revenue managers to prioritize and focus on revenue-generating activities. Additionally, I have led the integration process for a prominent hospitality chain, facilitating the collaboration among teams across regions.
