ABOUT PAULA ALIONYTE

I help charities and fundraising teams get organised, manage their data, and raise more without burning out or overcomplicating things. 🧠I’ve worked in fundraising and operations for over 13 years, across charities, universities and international nonprofits. I’ve run major donor programmes, managed CRMs with hundreds of thousands of records, built fundraising pipelines from scratch and sorted out messy systems that no one else wanted to touch.I’ve been the person doing five jobs at once in a small charity. I’ve also worked inside big fundraising offices where everything has a process (even if the process doesn’t always work). I know the sector well and I know how it feels when you just need someone who gets it and can help you fix it.My background is in sociology and nonprofit management, but really, I specialise in turning chaos into calm. Flow is where I bring all that experience together to offer practical, thoughtful support that helps you do your work better, faster and with less stress.A few things I’ve done along the way: MSc in NGO Management from Bayes Business School Led Advancement operations at Newcastle University, where my data and research processes were peer reviewed as best in class Built and managed fundraising pipelines worth over £300k Helped small charities grow from £19k to over £100k in annual income through strategy and operational support Supported teams through transitions, restructures and growth phases Managed CRMs ranging from to over records
