I train teams of therapists in an evidence-based treatment model, Multidimensional Family Therapy. I train therapists in a broad overview of this treatment model (level 1) and more intensive training of therapists over 6 months with consultation calls, live supervision, and recorded session review (full certification) to help them gain competence in the model. I spent 5 years as an MDFT therapist and 2 years as an MDFT supervisor prior to moving into this role. I have enjoyed training new teams and helping clinicians and supervisors develop their skills within MDFT.
