Communicate with various systems owners and government entities to coordinate Security Control Assessor / Validator (SCA-V)/Accreditation Certificate Authority (ACA) systems evaluations to include technical aspects and funding aspects. Verify all funding for SCA-V/ACA events are received. Coordinate all SCA-V/ACA Team members for events and provide them with the system information to perform the validation event. Lead a team to perform evaluations on systems to determine compliance with DIACAP and NIST controls. Responsible for generating SSVPs (System Security Verification Plan), ERR (Evaluation Risk Report), Scorecards and recommendation letters for submission to NETCOM/IACORA. Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, plans projects, and coordination of network design implementation. Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies. Work with the COLSA Program Manager and budget team to approve TIPAs, write justifications for contract modifications and realignments. Coordinate with all AMRDEC Cyber Pillars for integration into the AMRDEC Cyber Vision.
