I became licensed as a realtor in as a way to combine my educational background and financial services experience to make sure my clients didn’t make a false step that would cost them thousands of dollars. My passion is to transform the way every real estate transaction is experienced – whether you’re the buyer or the seller. At the end of the day, there are humans on both sides of the table with multiple priorities. I know I won’t eliminate the drama but I want all buyers and sellers to be educated about the local real estate market with relevant and current information. There are buyers and sellers with some seriously twisted misconceptions about what’s happening both nationally and locally.As an advocate, I take the “noise” out of the information overload and focus on the reality of the local real estate market.
