Solicitor in the Employment and Immigration team of HCR Law. It’s my job as an employment solicitor to help clients navigate the constantly changing landscape of employment law, and to help resolve complex problems. I do this through looking at every angle of a case and explaining the consequences from the best to worst case scenario. My specialisms include tribunal work, drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, handbooks and policies, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, settlement agreements and restructures.As an immigration solicitor, I help businesses access a much wider pool of talent for their needs by obtaining Skilled Worker sponsor licences, and work with their employees on their Skilled Worker visas. I give clear and informative advice on each step of the process and help navigate the frequent rules and policy changes.
