ABOUT PAULA TANNER
I am currently working in employee relations to gain a deeper understanding of what makes people tick. My passion remains in resourcing, particularly strategic workforce planning.At PwC I specialised in staffing and deployment, as well as, strategic workforce planning. I had responsibility for managing c.300 consultants across the UK and NI. This involved planning, budgeting, forecasting and managing availability. I produced meaningful MI for reporting and presentation to Senior Partners.Prior to joining PwC, I honed my skills in resourcing through in-house recruitment roles. This allowed my to develop my planning and organisation skills, as well as, developing effective stakeholder relationships.I am a driven and enthusiastic individual with an analytical mindset. My colleagues know me as someone who is able to solve problems in a logical and consistent manner and describe me as someone who is able to bring calm to chaos.
