My career has led me to specialize in finance and Procurement. I have gathered vast experience in following main areas: Procurement, vendor and contract negotiations, management reporting, tender management, cost control, finance analysis; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by budgets which I have been responsible to plan; methodical administration of deadlines; AR and AP management and achieving a substantial improvement in these KPI areas. For more than 2 years I worked in the Procurement department leading Inland Transport and Depots negotiations for the Europe/Middle East Region. In the process of setting up the Regional Procurement department I played a key role in setting up procurement vendor management and finance reports to support management decisions, vendor performance monitoring and measurement. I also played a leading role in the centralization of our Efficiency Leadership Program and saving calculation process at our global shared services in Tallinn. Since 2017 I am working in the Terminal and port services department for CMA CGM leading negotiations with Terminal operators for Germany, Spain and Cyprus.
