About Paula Seligson
My goal on LinkedIn is to curate the most important news in private credit and leveraged finance, plus related topics. I post a mix of articles by my colleagues and also articles I write. I am a journalist at Bloomberg News based in NYC. I cover private credit, especially the large-cap part of corporate direct lending that competes with the broadly-syndicated leveraged finance markets. While I am most focused on $1 billion+ corporate debt deals and the biggest lenders, I do cover private credit broadly - including data center financing and other forms of infrastructure debt, structured finance, and more. In addition, I also write about high yield bonds, leveraged loans, and CLOs.
