Engaging YPO Global leaders as YPO Champion Volunteers annually, accountable for assisting in personalizing the Champion Volunteer Journey by building a talent pipeline of Champion Volunteers developed for key global roles. Partner with cross functional teams to develop supporting materials that equip our Champion Volunteers. • Establish communication processes to coach champions on areas to develop to be “ready” for key roles on their champion personal journey • Validation of interview questions used in selection process and partner with members to interview champions for various global roles• Guide and facilitate discussions on champion talent and selection process• Oversee selection process and ensure alignment with YPO Policies & Procedures• Collaborate with learning team to develop champion on-boarding content and ensure the consistent delivery across the organization for champion roles
