Building Engineer from Spain with 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and BIM coordination. My work has ranged from custom residential projects to large institutional and public facilities, where I’ve been responsible for quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, vendor coordination, and preparing BIM models that support design and construction teams.I especially enjoy the preconstruction phase — analyzing drawings, translating them into clear and reliable budgets, and helping projects start on the right track. Along the way, I’ve gained experience working on both local and international projects, which taught me how to adapt quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and bring a detail-oriented yet practical approach to each project.Now based in San Francisco, I’m excited to contribute my skills and global perspective to construction projects in the Bay Area, from tenant improvements and commercial work to public and institutional buildings.
