ABOUT PAULA POLITO

In 2020, Paula was named Divisional Vice Chairman for UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM). In her role, Paula works with clients and Advisors to realize growth opportunities and identify new business in a constantly changing world. She focuses on understanding our clients\' needs across key segments and geographies, represents the UBS brand in the marketplace, and builds on UBS\' success with female investors globally. In her previous role, Paula was Global Client Strategy Officer for GWM, where her focus was on delivering a world class client experience, applying research & analytics to establish an in-depth understanding of clients, identifying growth opportunities in key client segments, and leading marketing strategy and execution. Prior to that, she was responsible for $160B assets under management, leading the Corporate Solutions businesses, the Wealth Advice Center for emerging affluent clients, and our digital strategy. Previously, Paula served in senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments. She has also held various positions at advertising agency Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc. and spent the first 10 years of her career in the newsroom of Boston\'s WBZ TV. Paula is a member of the board of directors of Oasis Petroleum Inc. She is a Trustee Associate at Boston College, her alma mater, where she previously served an 8-year term on the Board. Paula also sits on the board of Harvard Medical School\'s Division of Women’s Health at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Executive Board of the Wall Street Council, a network of financial professionals who support academic scholarships. Paula was named one of the \"25 Most Powerful Women in Finance\" four times by American Banker.
