About Paula Nyquist

Paula Nyquist spent over twelve years as a well-respected product representative for exterior building envelope materials and systems. With her ability to evaluate and research products and systems, Paula brings her unique perspective to the design side of the construction industry. She works with design teams to provide technical support, evaluates and researches products and assemblies, and supports the team during construction administration. Paula became a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) in 2010 and is charged with maintaining the office master specifications and supporting several of the RSP studios. She regularly works with commercially available specifications including MasterSpec and UFGS and is proficient in editing programs including Word, Excel, SpecsIntact, MasterWorks, Adobe and BlueBeam. As a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) she preforms project site observations. She will regularly visit projects to document progress of work, verify installation of systems and conformance with the Contract Documents. Paula is an active member of CSI with participation at both the chapter and region level. She has served as chair for several committees, Board Member, Chapter President and Technical Committee Chair of the Minneapolis St Paul CSI Chapter, CSI North Central Region Secretary and Institute Technical Committee.
