ABOUT PAULA JONES
Over 30 years delivering sales and service excellence in the sales and service industry, I\'ve worked as a manager of people and supported managers of people and been managed by good a bad managers too, so I have a wealth of experiences dealing with people at all levels. Throughout my office-based career, I was the \'go-to\' person when someone was in need, and now I\'m in a position to help people on a one-to-one basis; as an intuitive spiritual life coach.Using various healing therapies including NLP, CBT, Reiki, mindfulness, meditation, somatic energy work, Quantum Re-coding, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or \"Tapping\"), listening and good old common sense and compassion, I help clients get from unhappiness on whatever issue they struggle with to a place of peace and happiness. All in the comforts of my beautiful yurt - it\'s as magical as it sounds. Before I was fortunate enough to find myself doing what I love, I had a long career in various industries, working latterly for Vestas as Project Administrator but during my ten years there I also held other roles including Project Coordinator, Legal Administrator and Executive Assistant. Before Vestas, I lived and worked in Dubai for nine years and had amazing experiences there as the city and reputation was burgeoning. I was offered amazing opportunities; setting up a recruitment company, project management in the marketing team of Iridium Middle East involved with satellite communication, project manager in an IT company at the cutting edge of website development (at that time), and when my children were born there, I became a journalist. Ultimately, I loved writing so much I was offered the chance to become Consultant Editor of the Emirates Parent Magazine. What an experience that was!If I had to describe my skills, I\'d include words such as fixer, trouble-shooter, communicator, team-player (cheesy, I know), fair-player, encourager and supporter.
