She is certified and has served as a QM Program Reviewer and K-12 Course Reviewer as well. In addition, she serves as a QM online trainer and face to face trainer working with staff and faculty at various institutions throughout U.S. in learning about the QM standards and how to apply them in developing online courses.Dr. Jones served as the QM Coordinator for Eastern Kentucky University for 5 years.
