ABOUT PAULA JENNER

A highly motivated, experienced senior manager with over 15 years experience in a Service Management environment, across a number of Service Management principles more recently in service transition, change environments and Supplier management. Further experience & training within a Procurement environment. Has an excellent understanding & working knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles & methodology & holds ITIL V2 & V3 Foundation Certificate in Service Management, Service Transition, Service Operations, Continuous Service Improvement and Supplier Management Certificates. Can demonstrate a successful track record of transitioning high volume of business change with differing priorities & impacts into the live environment whilst providing advice & guidance on service design & requirements therefore ensuring all risks & issues are identified & mitigated. Experience in Commercial/Contractual aspects of Service Management gained from leading on implementation & negotiation of Client & Supplier contracts. Most recently has engaged & negotiated with Senior Stakeholders, projects & the PO Ltd IT Transformation programme ensuring new services align with the Future Mode of operation for IT Services & contracts to allow PO Ltd to disaggregate services where appropriate in the future. Highly logical with an ability to quickly & effectively develop & demonstrate any Service Management or contractual knowledge and expertise required. Possesses an excellent track record as a team player & easily establishes networks of stakeholders & colleagues. Builds effective relationships across all Directorates, management levels, Clients/Suppliers therefore enabling effective delivery of the business needs. Flexible & adaptable, enabling effective management of high volume workload & changing priorities, with a proven ability to be able to work on own initiative. Fully conversant with all MS software packages & working experience E-sourcing tool.
