With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and professional Group Revenue Director at Cairn Hotel Group, one of the UK\'s leading hotel operators. I have a strong background in strategic revenue management, yield management, channel management, and distribution marketing, with credentials from Intercontinental Hotel Group and Ashridge Business School.I joined Cairn Hotel Group in 2017 to design and implement the entire revenue management structure, including building a high-performing team of single unit and cluster revenue managers and developing revenue management tools across rooms, conference, and F&B. I work with 28 hotels across 8 brands, including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Doubletree by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott, and independent hotels. My mission is to deliver effective and innovative revenue strategies that optimize revenue, market share, and profitability for each property. I am also involved in supporting new hotel openings, ROI analysis, and budgeting.
