I’ve served as a settled priest in the Episcopal church, an intentional interim pastor in the ELCA, and a non-profit executive. I have led a number of parishes into the adaptive process of addressing new realities, unresolved concerns, and living into God\'s reign and human flourishing in their community. I most love aiding a congregation or ministry in finding its own resiliency. As a leader, I value and practice collaboration, transparency, integrity and excellence. I respect a variety of perspectives. I am joyfully married to Chaplain Guta Cvetkovic and we have two young adult children.
