Lead Operational Risk Program execution including Issue Management, Key Risk Indicator (KRI)/Risk Appetite Metric (RAM) development, Process Risk & Control (PRC) library governance, PSPRA/Risk Assessment execution, Monitoring & Testing (M&T), Third Party Risk, Data Governance, and Cyber/Technology Controls.Manage end to end Issue Management lifecycle, including creation, severity assessment, root cause validation, action plan review, extensions, sustainability testing, and self validation for Significant and Very Significant issues. Partner closely with Compliance, second line, Audit, and BU to ensure regulatory alignment.Own and maintain the Process Risk & Control (PRC) Library, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Operational Non-Financial Risk (ONFR) and Enterprise Compliance Program (ECP) requirements. Lead annual PRC confirmation, coordinate effective challenge, and prepare executive level materials for Accountable Executive sign off.Deliver PSPRA (Risk Assessment) activities, including risk/control effectiveness evaluation, Accountable Executive summaries, governance deck preparation, and coordination of review sessions with senior leaders.Act as central coordination point for Monitoring & Testing (M&T), reviewing and challenging DE/OE test results, clarifying methodology, and driving retests. Ensure controls are ready for testing and support remediation planning for controls not yet mature.Provide oversight of Third Party Risk and Cybersecurity, including supplier assessments, cyber control remediation, vulnerability management, security logging issues, and technology related items.Contribute to Data Governance, support Business Continuity Management (BCM) management, facilitate audit engagement and remediation.
