With deep expertise in strategy, operations, and customer experience, she is known for her ability to build, scale, and transform teams and businesses globally.As Store Experience Director at COS, Paula partners with the senior leadership team to disrupt the luxury fashion store experience—building strategies driving innovation, elevating standards and aligning operational excellence with brand vision to offer a great experience to a large audience.In her previous role as Global Sales Director, Paula played a pivotal role in launching and expanding COS internationally, opening 250 stores across 48 countries.
