In the last few years in my role as a property manager at Davies Property Management I have obtained a multitude of skills that include working well under pressure with minimal supervision as well as being a team player.I very much enjoy working in a diverse portfolio that allows me to apply my educational skills as well as my life skills.Some of the qualities I bring to the table are my ability to stay organized and on task but also think outside the box, relate to a diverse portfolio of tenants from all different walks of life and backgrounds, I have a strong ability to time manage and keep appointments on schedule and adapt to a rapidly changing environment on a regular basis.I strongly believe that honest and communication is the key to any successful relationship and pride myself in the strong relationships I have built based on this motto.
