During my career, I have developed extensive operational health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) experience during development, construction, and operational activities across a range of highly regulated and complex offshore and onshore oil and gas projects/assets and renewable projects/assets. My HSSE experience has included commercial, strategic, and frontline field roles that have allowed me to develop core operational HSSE competencies, HSSE leadership soft skills, and a passion for human performance principles and behavioural HSSE. My leadership style is rooted in engagement and care for people, resulting in a highly motivated individual who thrives on building strong HSSE cultures, leading and developing others, and challenging conventional ways of work to do HSSE differently. Throughout my career, I have formed strong business partnerships and built a robust network with internal and external stakeholders, wider business functions, and JV counterparts to unlock their safety, cash, carbon, and environmental potential. I am passionate about utilising my operational HSSE experience to contribute to the energy transition.
