About Paul Williams
While teaching Business and Spanish at a private high school, I started a trucking and logistics business, which quickly outgrew my ability to run while teaching. I left teaching to focus on my trucking company. I built teams to help scale the business and we grew to operating offices in 6 states managing B2B as a 3PL, consultant and asset based trucking business for myself and as an independent agent for Landstar, a Fortune 500 company. With the profits from the trucking business, I invested in commercial and residential real estate. When an opportunity came to exit my business in 2016, I \"retired\" to focus on commercial real estate. Having been sole owner, JV, LP or GP in more than 80 assets across the sunbelt and midwest, I\'ve enjoyed working in the roles of developer, acquisitions, investor relations/capital markets, consultant and asset manager.I am open to considering an opportunity inside or outside of real estate that would be interesting, fun and challenging and am open to relocating or working remotely, potentially internationally. I am also available for public speaking or as a podcast guest.
