About Paul Williams
Teacher, coach, and 2022 graduate of Liberty University’s doctorate in educational leadership program. Graduated from Salem State with a master\'s degree in special education in 2018, and from UMass Boston’s Honors College with a degree in Management in 2016. Additionally I’m a licensed educational administrator in the state of Virginia through my doctoral coursework, and a licensed special educator in Florida and Massachusetts.I’m currently the head varsity baseball coach at Hudson High School in Florida, and recently worked as an assistant baseball coach at Bunker Hill CC in 2025. I was head varsity baseball coach at Newton South High School from 20••••24, Salem Academy in 2021, and Mystic Valley in 20••••20. At Newton South, my staff and I helped revive a struggling program that experienced its first winning season in 9 years during our first season. We won 33 games in 3 seasons while playing in a highly competitive Dual County League. I was an assistant football coach at Nashoba Tech and in 2024, the program finished with an 11-1 record, which was best in program history, and advanced to the final 4 of the D8 playoffs. I was an assistant basketball coach for Pope John’s 2018 D4 state champion team, which finished with a 24-1 record. I’ve also been an assistant baseball, football, and basketball coach at other schools, and coached youth baseball and football, where i helped lead teams to several championships and successful seasons, while prioritizing a fun and competitive experience.
