Responsibility for all aspects of the business. Including P&L, Sales & Distribution Strategy, Marketing and E-Commerce. Also leading the product and design team to deliver a mix of technical outerwear on a six month lead time and quick to market street wear. Key Achievements: Within the first full financial year undertook a thorough investigation into the cost base of the business and strategically cut unnecessary costs whilst also increasing sales margin and turnover. Implemented an integrated business software program to replace the existing disparate and out dated systems. Re-structured the whole supply chain from factories through to warehousing to ensure key retailer deadlines are met. Implemented a new Direct to Consumer Strategy to sit alongside the existing wholesale model. This comprised new websites, complemented by the Volo E- Commerce platform and Bronto Mail Delivery System. This will deliver 40% of the turnover and approximately 55% of the company profit in the forthcoming financial year. Re-structured and streamlined the internal team to meet the demands of the new strategy.
