Experienced Manager with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring projects are delivered, safely, on time, within specification, to a high standard and within budget.My experience in leading large multidiscipline teams enables me to deliver complex projects from award to delivery ensuring the project standards and specifications are adhered to while maintaining a high level of safety. Throughout all aspects of my work I adopt a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. Within my previous employment I was involved in Welding Inspection, Fabrication, Engineering and management of structures in the oil and gas and renewable sector. This includes the fabrication and inspection of over 400 transition pieces (TP’s) and Monopiles, including secondary steel for the offshore wind industry. I am willing to travel overseas and able to work flexible hours to fulfill the requirements of the project. Currently a Belgian resident and hold a valid Frontier card allowing work in the Netherlands until 2029. Current Project:Ørsted - Hornsea 03, Monopiles and SIP fabrication.
