ABOUT PAUL WETTERAU
Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers). Have worked with world-famous chef Cal Stamenov from ‘09 - ‘15 and gave great service at the highest level. Helped manage a Grand Award wine program from purchasing and inventory management to sales and education. Was responsible for helping design menus and upholding all duties as the manager. Marinus Restaurant was rated number 27 on Forbes Magazine\'s top restaurants in the US. Know many great winemakers around Monterey County and California and have traveled to several great wine producing countries around the world: France, Spain, Portugal, Madeira, Chile, and Germany. Specialties: inventory management, operate Open Table & Micros, consulting on wine purchases, pairing wine with food, top-notch wine service, staff management, food & wine education. Select, stock, sell, pair, and serve wine from their bottle wine cellar (a recipient of Wine Spectator’s Grand Award).
