Studied hospitality financial management, strategic leadership with a focus on hotel real estate investments, and asset management at Cornell University. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the Owner’s Advisory Committee for Visit Detroit (Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau), on the Board of Directors for Visit Detroit (Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau), Co-Chairman for Michigan Restaurant and Lodging Association (MRLA), on the Board of Directors for MRLA, Board of Trustees for Michigan Restaurant and Lodging Fund and Co-Chairman for AHLA General Managers Round Table Committee.
