Something I find extremely rewarding is training and coaching groups as well as individuals in courses that help them to be the best version of themselves as soon as they set foot in the work place.I\'m passionate about safety, which comes hand in hand with delivering the correct training in the correct way and I\'m a firm believer in my companies number 1 core value \'safe\', everyone should go home to their families in the same condition they left their home.
