I have extensive experience in construction planning, scheduling, bidding, and site management of projects including; special projects, life cycle management, security upgrades, turbine/generator outages (gas and steam). Worked extensively with nuclear facilities in performing retrofits of reverse engineered units, tube and piping systems, dry cask storage, iron filtration, ASCA, Assisting in work package structure (WBS), quotes. Planned security projects for various nuclear facilities, including schedule, bid package development and execution of project.Unit One forced outage D.C. Cook- Complete rebuild of all three LP rotors, and replacement of all piping systems (14 systems). Manager of over 800 craft personnel, and performed all welding, machining, and mechanical activities to reassemble the Unit One Unit.Containment Cooling- Installed site containment cooling system to increase plants cooling efficiency. MSR Project- Replaces all Unit two (2) MSR and associated piping. Unit One retrofit- Replaced all Siemens rotors with Alstom rotors.
