A Chartered Engineer with over 20 years experience in the fields of Highways and Transportation. Experience has been gained from a wide range of projects covering traffic, highway and road safety engineering. These projects have ranged from the provision of consultancy advice on small-scale schemes for developers and Local Authorities to playing a major role on large high profile schemes. A competent Project Manager with experience in managing a diverse range of projects including more recently a major Park & Ride scheme and speed limit reviews for a number of local authorities. Conversant in Road Safety Engineering and is qualified as a Road Safety Auditor in accordance with the standard HD 19/03. Undertaken audits for both Government Agencies and Local Authorities. Schemes audited have ranged from large highway improvement schemes to local safety schemes and new developments. A member of the Society of Road Safety Auditors.
