2/13 - 6/17 - Performed Asset Management and Construction Management functions for Building Ownership and managed an 8 person team that completed the redevelopment of a 30 story, gross sf, Milwaukee, WI CBD office building. Work included complete 16 car vertical transportation modernization, base building MEPFP modifications, lobby renovation, & structural renovation of two attached parking garages. Responsibilities included complete replacement & installation of chiller plant,(including engineering, purchase, & installation of two new 650 ton premium efficiency magnetic bearing centrifugal chillers), modernization of base building low pressure steam to hot water heat exchanger & several corporate interiors build outs totaling approximately including full demolition of previous construction. Work also included structural reinforcement to existing tower structure, installation of new roof and roof repairs throughout complex, manage third party build out of approximately sf, 3 year restack of existing occupied tenant, installation of new digital BAS and F/LS systems. Work resulted in this asset being awarded the 2017 BOMA International TOBY for the sf class.2010 - Present - Perform Asset Management & Construction Management functions for Building Ownership and manage complete redevelopment of a 53 story, 1.5M gross sf, Chicago CBD Class A landmark office tower. Work included complete demolition and ACM abatement to shell & core condition on 42 of 48 office floors, numerous base building MEPFP upgrades, complete 36 car vertical transportation upgrade, installation of new City of Chicago High Rise Code compliant addressable F/LS system. Work also included numerous tenant build outs. 3 time BOMA TOBY Winner.2005 - Present - Manage numerous profitable commercial real estate construction projects within Chicago\'s CBD and throughout Chicagoland. Managed a team of 2 - 11 people while completing these projects.
