I use data and facts to analyse a business and have an excellent strategic view of the Global logistics and aftersales market. I wholly understand the global logistics business from component supply, finished vehicle distribution and aftersales logistics with direct to market, in market and 3PL business models deployed globally. I have the ability to interpret market and customer needs to a collaborative operational plan and communicate this effectively for execution by the team. In recent years I have set up the supply chain into Brazil, India, Thailand and China and also the internal storage and distribution of motorcycles and the genuine parts, clothing and accessories.
