Transforming Biomaterials into value added additives for the construction industry.Developed and deployed systems for sourcing, logistics, procurement, EHS, planning, quality, manufacturing and materials management. These systems assist the company of today while aligning to a future ISO9001 registration. Worked collaboratively with the team to develop SOPs, perform preventative maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance and facility safety programs. As part of the Ops team, designed and implemented pilot plant upgrades that improved system functionality. Improved site layout allowing for smoother material flow and increased pilot plant capacity. Steamlined laboratory testing processes reducing sample testing time from 5 min/sample to 30sec/sample.Contributed to the design and layout of the second stage pilot plant with key input into equipment selection and new site layout.
