ABOUT PAUL VANNI
Paul M. Vanni, Senior Roofing Consultant, has been involved in the construction industry for the past 39 years. Paul was Senior Project Manager in the reconstruction of apartment and commercial units for 4 years. In 1979 Paul started up his own waterproofing company. Paul has owned and operated two other waterproofing companies. Major waterproofing manufacturers have recognized these companies and their excellent level of workmanship with approved applicator status. In 1990, he entered the roof coating business with his companies and has coated more than squares of roofing. In 1998, Paul Vanni joined AWS in the roof consulting business as Senior Consultant. In 2001, became a partner in AWS Roofing & Waterproofing Consultants, LLC. AWS provides consulting services for roofing, decking, wall and water intrusion, and the entire building envelope, above and below grade. Paul has also performed warranty inspections for several major SPF manufacturers.
