With over 20 years of experience in Facilitation, Education, Training and Team Coaching, I lead workshops that will result in creativity, cohesion, understanding, purpose and increased productivity. Along with this, teams emerge stronger from participation and individuals embrace the opportunity to take ownership of their work. My 100/100 Lean In, Facilitation, Training & Coaching for working parties & individuals, unlocks knowledge, and breaks habitual thinking, resulting in enhanced output and growth in profits.I also specialise in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation method.I have considerable experience in areas such as education, health care provision, retail, and the voluntary division. In all these fields I use my facilitation, coaching and training skills to bring the best out of individuals, upskill where needed, unite teams while also leaving them with a clearer vision and a passion to achieve.I believe that “Vision” is much more than a wish for the future or a document that is refreshed ever few years. A clear vision feeds into a group’s mission, it’s goals, it’s beliefs and team alignment. It has the power to improve peoples’ resilience and wellbeing in the workplace.
