I am an experienced and conscientious recruiter who has many years of experience in recruiting senior finance roles, and I pride myself on my work rate, honesty and integrity.Having initially looked after the part qualified and newly qualified recruitment market, I quickly moved to the more senior end of the market and took on the management of the office. We grew steadily, and broke a number of records, and I am immensely proud of what we achieved. Subsequently, I became a Director of the business and we expanded our offering to include recruitment for the accountancy practice market, and then opened our HR, Procurement and Supply Chain, and Engineering and Manufacturing divisions from Maidstone as well.I am not 100% focussed on the senior finance market, continuing to build relationships with Managing Directors, Finance Directors, CFOs and HR Directors to support them in attracting and appointing the very best talent to the most senior roles, typically from £60-£120K salary levels.I believe that the suite of tools at my disposal with in Michael Page and Page Executive, including our PageInsights tool, salary surveys, market leading recruitment system and access to video interview platforms, as well as the strength in depth of our recruitment team across the country set us apart from our competitors.
