Heading up the Home Decor bedroom and kitchen, retail and contract installation business with overall responsibility for kitchens and bedrooms across 4 brands in all business channels- Leading a team of 2 Divisional Head\'s of Installations, 6 Regional Installation Managers, 2 Installation Supervisors, Planning Manager, Installation Planners, 2 Warehouse Managers, 20 Employed bedroom and kitchen Installers and over 145 Sub-Contract Installers delivering in excess of kitchen and bedroom installations per year- Through delivering on a clear strategy I have developed the Home Decor Installation business to be a truly National Installation business, following work completed on introducing a robust Installation Management team, improving employed Installer efficiency, reducing and stabilising costs, implementing clear processes/procedures and creating a National model of storage hubs and Installers to allow for business growth and true scalability across all business channels.
