Plan, organize and supervise all Early works, Bulk earth movement, Infrastructure, & Civil Construction activities on site• Demolition of Executive Villas and infrastructure, Temporary Works & site Logistics activities for several contractors.• Assign tasks, set workflow, and direct/guide the CSC/PMC. construction teams.• Manage and assess the performance of the site engineers/supervisors and their respective teams.• Follow up timely release of approved shop drawings, to facilitate materials planning and commencement of work.• Monitor construction progress against construction program and schedules, and initiate actions to close gaps.• Review all construction drawings & advise on constructability PMC design management team and work with consultants to make suggestions & recommendations to effect change and revisions that resolve design execution.• Direct and manage subcontractors in the activities contracted to them.• Coordinate with the stakeholders within the infrastructure companies, to provide the project with all services (water, power & other services).• Inspect and ensure that the works are executed in strict compliance with project specifications & quality mandates.• Coordinate with procurement departments to ensure timely delivery of materials on site.• Review daily progress reports prepared by site engineers and prepare consolidated daily, weekly, monthly progress• Attend progress meetings with client, consultant, project managers and subcontractors.• Attend inspections with client, consultant and third party, and work towards closing the NCRs and SORs, etc.• Support creation of as built documents for completed packages.• Formalize the acceptance & documentation of project completion to bring the project to an orderly end.• Prepare progress meetings for all of the contractor teams / management.• Review daily, weekly & monthly reports.• Chair meetings and organize management reviews of the projects
