About Paul Tingley
My sole focus is tenant representation services for office tenants. My market knowledge, strong finance and analytical skills, extensive negotiation and lease documentation experience, and corporate real estate portfolio management skills enable me to cost-effectively implement my clients’ goals and objectives.Since 1992, I have assisted tenants in over 600 real estate transactions: • involving sites in 35+ states in the U.S, Great Britain, Brazil, Hong Kong and India, • totalling over square feet of building area; and, • having an aggregate value in excess of $1.9 billion.My professional resume includes four years of commercial real estate lending experience with Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) in New York City. Working with a number of national real estate developers, I gained valuable analytical and negotiation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the factors that drive banks’ lending decisions and real estate owners’ financial requirements.
