I am a senior business leader with extensive knowledge and experience in financial services, retail customer services, P&L and balance sheet management, regulated financial advice, mortgage intermediary services and change management.I currently lead the Specialist Mortgage Portfolio team within NatWest. Key responsibilities include development of the strategy to manage our legacy mortgage brands and delivering a great experience to our existing customers.I have a proven ability to operate at regional level and manage across a complex cross-divisional and external stakeholder structure. My expertise includes executing short and long term business strategies, achievement of stretch goals aligned to customer needs, significantly improving customer experience standards and delivery within a risk focused environment.
