Goalbook Partner Success Manager - I work on wonderfully balanced team where I help manage hundreds of partnerships for our company. We partner with school and school district leaders in Special Education and General Education across the country to help support educators in early childhood, elementary, middle, high school, and continued adult education. Some of my responsibilities include:*Developing customer relationships that cultivate fidelity, loyalty and retention. Beginning with a strong implementation plan, I help from the start with scheduling, and delivering, strong training programs that are ongoing to ensure customer satisfaction and are catered to each partners\' specific needs.*Ongoing interaction with our partners via email, phone calls, live webinar support and onsite professional development.*CRM maintained through Salesforce daily to manage and organize every account. Managing pipelines, lead development and closing of sales, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities with our current, and prospective, partners in Special Education and General Education. Use of tools to maintain these opportunities, and integrated through programs like Blinksale, Mixpanel, Salesforce, etc.*Product implementation and training for partners/clients through live webinars and group chats.*Analyzing partner usage data and metrics; creating detailed reports and presentations to our partners- school districts\' Superintendents, Principals, or Special Education Directors.
