Paul is the Executive Technical Director of Programme Management for Stantec UK and Ireland. He has responsibility for ensuring consistency, predictability and delivery of measurable benefits and tangible outcomes across large infrastructure capital programmes in the UK. As well as providing governance to the Stantec programme community, he has provided subject matter expertise to various UK and Ireland clients such as the NDA, Yorkshire Water, Sellafield, Northumbrian Water, plus global clients such as New York DEP, Honeywell Europe, Jordan Prime Ministry, and over on the set up of programmes and PMOs.
