With over 30 years of international experience in the aerospace and defense industry, I am a results-driven and high-performing executive who leads the North American commercial operations of Doncasters Group, a global leader in casting, forging, and superalloy products. I have revenue responsibility exceeding $300M and oversee five manufacturing plants that serve OEMs in the aerospace, defense, space, and industrial gas turbine markets.My core competencies include developing new business in alignment with key metrics, negotiating and coordinating multi-plant, multi-product long-term agreements, leading and mentoring internal and external sales teams, and demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude. I have in-depth knowledge of investment casting and additive manufacturing processes; their applications and customers internationally. I have extensive experience in cost models, prototyping, development, and project management of components from concept to full-rate production in both casting and AM.
