Working within such a fast paced organisation means there is always an opportunity to identify what’s working well for us and areas that could be improved upon from a consultant, practice and business level. Working very closely with our Directors and Senior Management team providing data to drive performance and incentives is a key part of my role that I enjoy immensely.
